You may request a refund within 18 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Mismatched (wrong product) or defective.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

  • Unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

Steps to Claim a Refund:

  1. Record a 360-degree video of the unopened package before unboxing.

  2. Submit a refund request via email or phone.

  3. Pay the applicable return shipping charges.

  4. Our courier partner will collect the package from your address.

Note:

  • Without a 360-degree unboxing video, your refund request will not be processed.

  • For size or color issues, only exchanges are available (refunds are not applicable).

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or customized bags.

  • Bags with size or color discrepancies (exchange only).

1.3 Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Mention the RA number on the package.

  4. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 18 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • You want a different size, color, or style.

2.2 Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Repack the item securely with all original tags and accessories.

  3. Clearly mention the EA number on the package.

  4. Shipping charges for the exchange will be paid by the customer.

2.3 Exchange Options

  • If the new item is priced higher, you’ll need to pay the difference.

  • If the new item is priced lower, you’ll receive store credit for the remaining amount.
