At Ek Sun Collection, we believe shopping should be simple and worry-free. Every bag is carefully checked by our team before it is packed and shipped.

As our products are fashion accessories, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference. If you receive a product with a genuine issue, we'll be happy to help you with an exchange. Before placing your order, we request you to read the points below.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

We're always happy to help if there's a genuine issue with your order.

You can request an exchange only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Any exchange request is subject to verification by our support team.

Please Record an Unboxing Video

To make the exchange process quick and fair for everyone, a complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory.

Please make sure:

  • The video starts before opening the package.
  • The shipping label is clearly visible.
  • The package is opened in one continuous recording.
  • The product is shown clearly from all sides.

This video is required as proof in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video may not be approved.

The Product Must Be in Original Condition

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned exactly as it was received.

Please make sure the product is:

  • Unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • Packed in its original packaging
  • Free from stains, perfume, scratches, marks, or any signs of use

If the product appears to have been used or altered in any way, we won't be able to approve the exchange.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

Our bags are made to be used and enjoyed. Because of this, we cannot accept products that have already been carried or used, even if only once.

We also cannot approve exchanges for:

  • Colour preference
  • Design or chain preference
  • Personal liking or dislike
  • Buying multiple bags for selection
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Colour May Look Slightly Different

We do our best to display every product as accurately as possible. However, slight colour differences may occur because of mobile screens, monitor settings, lighting, or photography. These minor differences are normal and cannot be considered a valid reason for exchange.

Exchange Request Time

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.

How the Exchange Process Works

The process is simple.

Step 1: Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 2: Share your Order ID, clear product photos, and your 360° unboxing video.

Step 3: Our team will review the details.

Step 4: If your request is approved, we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Step 5: Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your replacement product will be dispatched.

After Your Exchange is Approved 

Once your exchange request is approved, we'll share our exchange address with you. The product should be sent to us through a courier service, and the courier charges for sending the product will be the customer's responsibility. After receiving and inspecting the product, we'll proceed with the exchange if it meets our policy guidelines.

Quality Check Before Exchange

Every returned product goes through a quality inspection.

If we find:

  • Missing tags
  • Damaged packaging
  • Signs of use
  • Scratches or stains
  • Perfume or fragrance
  • Any alteration to the product

the exchange request may be declined.
