Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Ek Sun Collection. That's why each bag is carefully checked before it's packed and shipped.

If you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, don't worry our team will help you with an exchange. As our bags are fashion products, we don't offer exchanges for personal preferences. This includes reasons like not liking the colour, chain, design, size, or ordering multiple bags just to choose one later.

To help us verify your request, please record a clear 360° unboxing video while opening your parcel. This video is required for all exchange requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

If you need an exchange, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID, product photos, and the unboxing video. Once our team reviews your request, we'll guide you through the next steps. If your exchange request is approved, the product will need to be couriered to our address, and the courier charges for sending the product will be borne by the customer.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
